ABOUT ME

There's a lot of coaches out there, why choose me?
Unlike some coaches, I'm accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which means that I have been examined and found to meet a certain standard and code of ethics. That means you know you are buying good quality coaching.

It is navigating change that brought me to coaching originally. A few years ago, I took on a new role where I needed to influence on behalf of my company. However, I found I was struggling to make my voice heard in large group meetings dominated by men who had known each other for decades. That was impacting my ability to do my job well.

A coach helped me break down the reasons why I was struggling to get my voice heard. We worked through ways of building industry connections, built my confidence, and made me a better influencer. I found myself wanting to do the same for others, and started training to be a coach.

HOW WE WOULD WORK TOGETHER
Topics covered include career changes (job change, location change, company change etc), or life changes (relationship changes, changes in situation, neurodiversity related diagnoses etc), as well as needing to make smaller scale changes (e.g. responding to feedback received at work). Sometimes it is clear what the change is that needs to happen, and I will work through with the client what might be getting in the way of the change. For other clients, it is not clear what needs to change, and we will partner to design and decide what needs to happen before moving forwards to make those changes.

My solution-focused, challenging but supportive approach has been appreciated by hundreds of clients over the years.
